With Disney parks closed and all the Jungle Cruise Skippers stuck at home in quarantine, we thought it best to give them an outlet for their river full of puns. At the suggestion of Skipper Cindy, we sent out a distress signal to Skippers past and present to recreate the jungle on video at home and share their favorite jungle jokes, not their germs.

We’re not lion, Skippers from both Disneyland in California and Walt Disney World in Florida sent in video of their dad jokes at a furious pace. Who knows, we might be able to get Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt to join the cast for the second edition.

About your Jungle Cruise Skippers

The World Famous Jungle Cruise is an opening day attraction at Disneyland (1955), Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom (1971), Tokyo Disneyland (1983), and Hong Kong Disneyland (2005). Skippers worldwide share a unique community and infamy among all Disney parks guests. If you see a Skipper in the wild, feel free to rattle off your favorite pun, riddle, or jokes. Just don’t get too close. Their humor is contagious.
